Every event at Iccara is hosted like a family dinner, the only way we know how. Handmade Italian food, a room that feels like home, and people who treat your guests the way they'd treat their own. You bring the occasion, we'll set the table.
The minimums
How the minimums work.
Each private room — the Wine Room, the Main Room and the Terrace — has a food and drink minimum. Meet it, and the room is yours for the party.
The minimum goes with the room, not with your guest count. You don't need to fill the room to book it — the Wine Room seats up to 40, and a party of 20 can book the whole thing — but the number stays the same however many come. A small party can book a bigger room the same way, as long as it meets that room's minimum.
It isn't a fee. Everything your guests eat and drink counts toward it, before tax and gratuity. If the menu alone doesn't get there, there are better ways to close the gap than paying the difference: a bigger menu, another course, a pizza bar or a dessert, drinks, or a few dishes to take home. We'd rather the money went to your guests than to a line on the bill.
If your party is under a room's minimum, or you'd rather not commit to one, we can usually still seat you together in the dining room on a regular reservation — a party of fifteen can sit as one table without booking a room. Just ask. Every party is different, and it's our job to say which makes more sense for yours.

I hosted a business dinner at Iccara and had a wonderful experience! Cristina was so sweet and very accommodating from the get go, customizing things to fit my needs. Alex and Lauren were outstanding on the night of the event. They pulled out all the stops and Alex even painstakingly hunted down a suitable power cord to help with the AV equipment we bought. When the presentation ran a bit long, Alex was a took one for the team and stuck around while we slowly made our way out. They did a great job with the table and presented everything beautifully! The food and wine were excellent and received rave reviews from everyone at the event. I can personally vouch for a very tasty Busara dish. I can't speak more highly about everything! Well worth it!
We had my daughter's baby shower in the outside space today. Shout out to the servers who were on top of everything, no waiting for anything, also friendly and organized, it was a joy. The food got rave reviews from all. Iccara made this special day perfect!
We had my sister's bridal shower here and the restaurant did a fabulous job. From setting up the tables outside for us and helping us with all the decorations we had ... to the food coming out on time and tasting delicious it was the perfect day. The tent they had set up outside blocked the rain perfectly. The wait staff was amazing and so accommodating. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to throw an outside celebration or just wants to enjoy a nice intimate dinner.

What deposit do you take?
A $250 deposit, non-refundable, is applied toward your final total.
What does the booking fee cover?
The $200 booking fee covers linen napkins with colour selection, printed menus, cake cutting and dessert service, stemware and ice buckets, and a planning call.
What additional charges apply?
6.625% NJ sales tax, 20% service gratuity, and a 3% card processing fee are added to the final bill.
Is pricing guaranteed?
Prices are guaranteed within 10%; terms may change up to 30 days prior to your event.
Who should checks be made payable to?

What are the décor rules?
Décor may be delivered 45 minutes before start. No confetti or glitter, nothing taped to the walls, and everything removed by the end — otherwise a minimum $250 cleaning fee applies.
What about linens?
White table linens and seasonal napkin colours are included; specialty colours need 14 days notice. Tables are not set with tablecloths by default.
What tables are provided?
Dining tables plus a cake table. Extra tables for gifts, décor or alcohol reduce the room's capacity.
