Villaggio Iccara ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you interact with us — including by phone, text message, our website, or in person — and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you contact us or use our services: your name and contact information (phone number, email address) when you provide it to us — for example, when you call about an event, fill out our event inquiry form, or make a reservation; call details, such as your phone number and voicemail messages, when you call our phone line; and basic website usage information collected through standard web technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, including private event requests; to send you a text message you have requested (for example, a link our after-hours phone assistant offers to text you); to fulfill reservations and orders; and to operate and improve our business.

Text Messaging (SMS)

When you call us at (609) 585-7277 after our opening hours, our automated phone assistant answers. If you ask it for one of our links — such as our menus or online ordering — it asks before sending anything: "Can Villaggio Iccara text that link to the number you're calling from? It's one message per request, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help." If you say yes, we text that one link to the number you are calling from, and we keep your answer, your phone number and the message we sent as the record of your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile opt-in data or consent information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors that assist us in the delivery of messages (such as our messaging service provider), who are contractually bound to use this information only to deliver messages on our behalf.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our telephone, messaging, and email providers), who may use it only to provide services to us; and when required by law.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
