Main Room + Wine Room can be booked as one — up to 105 guests, with its own minimum for the pair: $3,515 (Fri–Sun $7,000) at lunch · $4,250 (Fri–Sun $8,500) in the evening.
Terrace + Wine Room can be booked as one — up to 95 guests, with its own minimum for the pair: $3,315 (Fri–Sun $6,600) at lunch · $4,000 (Fri–Sun $8,000) in the evening.
How the minimums work
Each private room — the Wine Room, the Main Room and the Terrace — has a food and drink minimum. Meet it, and the room is yours for the party.
The minimum goes with the room, not with your guest count. You don't need to fill the room to book it — the Wine Room seats up to 40, and a party of 20 can book the whole thing — but the number stays the same however many come. A small party can book a bigger room the same way, as long as it meets that room's minimum.
It isn't a fee. Everything your guests eat and drink counts toward it, before tax and gratuity. If the menu alone doesn't get there, there are better ways to close the gap than paying the difference: a bigger menu, another course, a pizza bar or a dessert, drinks, or a few dishes to take home. We'd rather the money went to your guests than to a line on the bill.
If your party is under a room's minimum, or you'd rather not commit to one, we can usually still seat you together in the dining room on a regular reservation — a party of fifteen can sit as one table without booking a room. Just ask. Every party is different, and it's our job to say which makes more sense for yours.

In the room
What are the décor rules?
Décor may be delivered 45 minutes before start. No confetti or glitter, nothing taped to the walls, and everything removed by the end — otherwise a minimum $250 cleaning fee applies.
What about linens?
White table linens and seasonal napkin colours are included; specialty colours need 14 days notice. Tables are not set with tablecloths by default.
What tables are provided?
Dining tables plus a cake table. Extra tables for gifts, décor or alcohol reduce the room's capacity.
Where do guests park?
A small lot on property, a larger gravel lot across the street at the White House, and free street parking.
Timing
How long is an event?
Events run three hours. An extra hour is available subject to availability — the price is the room's — and can go to setup or to the event.
When are the details due?
Menu, enhancements, napkin colour and setup are confirmed two weeks prior; the final guest count five days prior. The bill follows the confirmed count.
When can we set up?
Setup access is 45 minutes before the event.
Food & drink
Can we bring our own wine or beer?
Yes. We're BYOB for wine and beer, though not spirits. We provide stemware and ice buckets. House wine is also available by the bottle and sangria by the pitcher, and both count toward your room's minimum.
Can we bring our own cake or desserts?
Yes. Bring a cake, cupcakes or cookies and we'll cut and serve them. There's no cutting fee; it's part of the $200 booking fee.
Do guests choose their entrée in advance?
No need. You choose three entrées, and each guest picks one at the table from the printed menu. If you'd like to note choices or allergies ahead of time, you can do that in your Event Room.
Ready to plan?
Build your menu and send it over — the events team will confirm the date and the room. Nothing is held until we confirm it with you.
