This blend of syrah, grenache, and mourvèdre shows both earthiness and red currant on the nose. It’s very smooth on the palate with well-integrated flavors black plum, dried cherry and subtle notes of rich porcini mushrooms. The plush tannins lingers with full-bodied ripeness and minerality. Rich dishes such as braised beef with demiglaze reduction, grilled spice rubbed flat iron steak, braised lamb with potatoes are all a great match for this full bodied wine. Or just enjoy this wine on its own.
